American Insight Tax Service has been serving the Basin and surrounding areas for almost seven years. Qualifications

Personable and friendly

Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and work independently

Able to maintain composure and efficiency in fast paced environment

Great phone etiquette with ability to direct calls and set appointments appropriately

Self starter, dependable, and honest

Must have a High School Diploma or GED or still be in school

Must be able to easily work with computers, printers, and other office equipment or have the ability to learn how
Your duties include but are not limited to:
-
Greeting clients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner

Setting appointments and answering basic questions

Keeping the office in an orderly and clean manner throughout your shift

Assisting the tax pros in tasks as assigned

Taking payments, making change, and finalizing our client transactions
No experience needed! We are willing to train the right candidate!
This is a seasonal 14 week position starting on Jan 9th, 2023 through April 14th, 2023
Starting pay will be $10/hr
40 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm
